1️⃣ Do Kwon arrested in Montenegro

Interpol says a man arrested in Montenegro is Do Kwon, the disgraced founder of the blockchain platform behind TerraUSD and Luna. He is wanted in South Korea and the United States on fraud and other charges.

2️⃣ Solana Saga phone has a launch date

Solana's new crypto phone called Saga, originally announced in the summer of 2022, is scheduled to launch by the end of Q1 2023.

3️⃣ 42M ARB tokens claimed in first hour of airdrop

More than 42M ARB tokens were claimed in the first hour as Arbitrum's much-anticipated token airdrop went live on Thursday, Nansen data shows. At the time of writing, it traded at just over $1.50.

4️⃣ Coinbase warned of potential securities charges

The SEC issued crypto exchange Coinbase a Wells notice, warning the exchange that it identified potential violations of U.S. securities law.

5️⃣ Avalanche blockchains saw brief outage

Due to their distributed nature, blockchains shouldn't see outages, but it still happened this week, with Avalanche's C and X chains going down due to bugs in a new software release.

6️⃣ Iron Drive launched in alpha

The nice people of 0x3 Studio (yes, that's us) just launched the alpha version of a decentralized Dropbox on top of Arweave, which you can access for life by just owning one of the JellyBots.
